Submission Standards for Fabrication
To guarantee museum-quality detail and structural integrity, please review these technical requirements before uploading your digital sculpts:
File Formats: I work with .STL and .OBJ files. If you're using something else, let’s talk before you upload.
Scale & Dimensions: Precision is everything. Specify your scale (e.g., Venti, Traditional) or exact BJD measurements in your notes so the fit is perfect the first time.
Print Readiness (Manifold): To ensure a clean, "watertight" print, check your meshes for holes. I recommend a 1.5mm minimum wall thickness for hollow models to prevent cracking. I will hollow as needed.
BJD Articulation: For ball-jointed prototypes, I hold accurate tolerances. Your joints will move smoothly without the "slop" found in standard prints.
Surface Finish: I print at ultra-high resolutions to capture every vein and muscle fiber. This isn't "hobby" quality—this is a professional master pattern designed to save you hours of sanding.

To maintain our clinical standards for fabrication, I perform a manual technical review of all digital assets.

2.File Transfer: Once you submit your form, you'll be brought to a page where you can securely upload your files.
3.Technical Audit: I will audit your geometry for manifold integrity and scale accuracy before providing a formal fabrication quote.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your production slot once the technical review is complete.
